Angel CEO Lee, Moon Hyun, 2016 Korea’s Shining Stars Award Winner
[E-Daily e-News Team] Angel's CEO Lee, Moon Hyun was recognized at Korea’s Shining Stars Awards for his contribution to natural healing for over forty years.

The award ceremony was held at the Kim Gu Memorial Convention Hall on the 28th, and one-hundred seventy-four winners including Lee, Moon Hyun were awarded prizes in fifteen categories including Education and Welfare.

Lee was awarded the Grand Prize for Natural Healing Development in recognition of his contribution to national health education for the past forty years and for developing the first juicer in Korea. In particular, this award had added significance as he was just named a grand prize winner in the Korea Educational Dedication Awards, which was held just a week ago (May 21).

Lee said, "I am happy to have been recognized by these awards in succession for the sweat that has been spilled. I cannot forget the touching moments of the recovery of those that have been juicing with Angel Juicers as a way to treat their illnesses. In recent years, we are making efforts at the enterprise level by having established the Food Research Institute and a Natural Healing Research Institute to scientifically clarify the principles of natural healing.” He added, "We will continue to strive to be a company that contributes to the improvement the quality of life as much as the life expectancy of the citizens."

In addition to this prize, Angel Juicers have received awards such as the Consumer Brand Award of the Korea Consumer Awards, Global Luxury Brand Award, the Prime Minister's Prize of the Women's Business Association, and the Korea International Trade Association's Export Tower, as well as being awarded more than ten patents.

The awards ceremony was hosted by the Organizing Committee for the 2016 Korea’s Shining Stars Awards, and was organized by eleven organizations including the Korea News Press Society and the Korea Journalist Federation.
